Every notarization we perform adheres strictly to state guidelines, ensuring your documents are always in safe hands.
Jacob brings 7+ years of experience in customer service, where he has mastered the art of building meaningful relationships. His 3+ years in sales and store management have honed his problem-solving skills, allowing him to meet and exceed client expectations. Jacob’s genuine care for his clients shines through in every interaction, making sure that your needs are not just met, but understood and fulfilled.
Our mobile notary services are focused on the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Stafford areas, but we’re always willing to go the extra mile—literally and figuratively—for our clients to provide a solution as he is also certified for Electronic Notarization as well. We’re passionate about giving back to our community, with plans to donate up to 50% of our daily revenue from special events to local charities like the Fredericksburg SPCA and Fredericksburg's Haven for Heroes. GNS - General Notary Services
$10/Act
The Notarization of Acknowledgments, Jurats, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Deeds, Wills and Trusts, Contracts, Loan Documents, Parental Consent Forms, Medical Documents, Business Documents, Divorce Documents, and Adoption Papers.
ENS - Electronic Notary Services
$25/Act
Similar to General Notary Services, but electronic. This service is provided through a 3rd party application that requires an audio/video connection, allowing you to complete your notary needs from the comfort of your home without incurring a travel fee. Coupon and Discount codes will not work with this option.
TNS - Traveling Notary Services
Consultation Required
We offer all GNS - General Notary Services and will travel to your location for an additional travel fee. Enjoy the convenience of professional notary services brought directly to you. Fees to be determined with consultation determined by distance. (May vary from $15-$125, the latter in extreme distances and the former in short distances)
AHF - After Hours Fee
$40
This fee will be applied to all TNS - Traveling Notary Services performed after 10pm EST. This fee will be reduced to $30 for GNS - General Notary Services if you come to us.
PPS - Private Process Server
Consultation Required
Our PPS - Private Process Server service ensures the professional delivery of legal documents, such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints, to the appropriate individuals, guaranteeing they receive official notice of legal actions. More information given at time of consultation.
(May vary from $50-$175 depending on number of attempts wanted, time frame given, amount of addresses, etc.)
